Thank you so much for your interest in Janery products. I hope you'll love your purchases just as much as I loved designing and sewing them!

Packaging

All orders are shipped gift-ready; wrapped in decorative tissue paper and tied with a ribbon or string.

Here at Janery, we try to create as little environmental impact as possible. Therefore, your purchases may be shipped in previously used, but still clean & sturdy, boxes or mailers. If you would specifically like your package shipped in a brand new mailer, please let us know.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase, via USPS ground shipping. If you need an item to be rushed, please use the "contact me" link so that we can arrange expedited shipping for you.

Payment

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal only.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your Janery purchase. However, if a purchase does not meet your expectations, please let me know within 3 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can make it right.
*Please note: At this time we are unable to accept returns of pillow forms.

Custom Orders

Would you like a cat purr pad that coordinates with your Janery pillow covers?
Do you see a pillow cover that you love, but it's the wrong size for your space?
